As a Susie Q’s Store Manager, you join a diverse team of people with various backgrounds whom are wanting to excel in our company.
We are looking for people with previous retail/c-store experience for this position due to the rigor and challenges faced within store operations. You’ll receive training to ensure customers leave Susie Q’s Stores with a smile on their face.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Promote with fellow employees and within, of running the store as if you owned it with excellent service and attitude
- With help from company management, lead recruiting, hiring, and training store staff
- Establish a habit of reviewing daily sales, expense, and profit margin information and be ready to review it with company management
- Ensure store needs and looks are attained everyday and create a friendly work enviroment for your team.
